Kiuh Cincin

Kuih Cincin is made of granulated sugar, brown sugar, palm sugar/apong sugar, flour, rice flour, cooking oil, and water.

The dough will be shaped like a ring before dipping it in rice flour batter and fried. It will then be dipped again in the batter before being fried for a second time to make it crispy.
